We are here to help you 7 days a week and respond within 24 hours. However, you can find most answers to your questions right on this page.

Sunryde repairs and servicing will be included in your rental agreement. You can book a service here on the Service page.

Please call the police right away to file a report, also notify Sunryde customer service as soon as possible. To avoid this situation, we are including a secure lock with your bike and GPS tracking. Sunryde provides rules and guidance on how to lock your bike securely. We advise that you get the Damage & Loss insurance option to lower your liability.

Sunryde wants you to be able to start making money right away, so we made sure our e-bikes come with these additional features that are no extra cost to you:

  • Helmet for safety
  • Bike Lock
  • Battery Charger Cord
  • 2nd Battery
  • Phone Holder 
  • Phone USB Port for charging your phone
  • Complete Maintenance & Customer Service
  • Our e-bike is in your possession at all times

Sunryde’s number one priority is to keep our fleet of e-bikes healthy so you have the best experience doing your deliveries. In order to accomplish that, we ask for a REFUNDABLE Security Deposit, that will be returned to you once you bring the bike back without damage.

Absolutely! Sunryde will give you the chance to purchase the bike. Prices will be based off of the age and condition of the bike you desire. Sunryde also offers “Rent to Own” options so you can have your own bike at the end of your lease period. Please contact our customer service for details.

Please bring your photo ID or Driver’s License and the deposite to start the process. You are not allowed to ride the bike without our helmet. However, we want to let you know that we offer a discounted price for Sunryde helmets. Please refer to our customer service for further information. Note: The helmets we are providing you should be returned with our bike when ready or you will be charged for the helmet.

Once you become a member of our community, we will give you access to the tools and tips to earn more money and will introduce you to our partners. This is what is included in our membership:

  • Invites to our exclusive partnerships where we can help you earn more money.

Everything happens in life, if you damage or lose our bike or someone steals it, you will be charged full price of the bike unless you own our Damage & Loss Prevention Coverage.

Damage & Loss Prevention Coverage is a weekly charge to your plan. Talk to our customer service for more details.

To request a return, go to “My Account”, (if you don’t have one, please create one), and on the bottom of the page click “Return”. Please be advised that all returns require 3 days notice as per your rental agreement. You must continue to pay rent until the end of this 7 day period. If you continually keep the bike, we will automatically charge for an extra week/day/month until you return the bike. If you have question, please refer to our team at contact@sunryde.com
